I can help you with that. I have experience and connections within the relocation market which ensures that I will find your new home quickly.
My way of working
As the housing market is difficult right now, I will assist you from A to Z with finding the right house. This means that I will be looking for houses off-and on-market. Through my network I mainly find homes that have not yet been registered which increases our chances. We will make sure that you have all the right documents so that our offer will be accepted right away. After that we will assist you with requesting any utilities and going through the rental agreement. Finding a house like this doesn’t have the be that stressful, right?

How do we start?
First I need to get to know you a little better. You can fill out the form down below if you want me to assist you with finding a home. After filling out the form, I will schedule a meeting with you so we can discuss everything. I am looking forward to your inquiry!
How much is the fee?
I work on a no cure no pay basis, which means that we only charge a fee once we have found the perfect home and you have signed the lease agreement. The fee that we charge consists of one month rent excluding VAT.
Can we do online viewings?
If you don’t have a lot of time to look for a house and if you are not in the Netherlands yet, we can already start looking. We can go the viewings and use FaceTime to show you the house. This way, you will have a house before moving to the Netherlands!
